About

Our family has been farming on Sand Mountain in DeKalb County Alabama for over a hundred years. We are family-owned and operated and proud of our farming heritage and deeply-rooted southern values.  Bengis Creek raises cattle along with our own corn for feed. Our cattle are locally-raised, grass and grain fed, and free from steroids and hormones.  We grow our own feed and raise the cattle on our own pastures.

Our cattle are all grass fed and grain finished using feed we make from corn we grow ourselves. They are also hormone free, antibiotic free, and vaccine free and the meat is all USDA inspected.

With the “Farm to Table” approach you are getting the freshest meat possible.  When the cow leaves the farm for processing, it is dry-aged, cut, vacuum packaged and fresh-frozen using local butchering facilities.
